Arm Balancing 101 Part 1

Join Gail Collins for this fun workshop of arm balancing to help turn your life upside down! It’s fun to do fun tricks in yoga but most importantly you need to gain the body awareness and strength to get there safely. In this Part 1 of 2 series you will learn basic postural breakdown in order to gain the most out of your yoga practice. 
In order to safely move forward into more advanced inversions it’s paramount to build the required strength. In this workshop we will fine tune specific postures to help us move forward. We will explore beginner inversions and different ways to enter these poses safely so that we build that muscle memory! 
Part 1 is not required to move to Part 2 but encouraged. 
If you feel confident in some basic inversions you may take just the second portion of the workshop.
